Our History

Pearson’s Funeral Home was founded in 2010 by the Pearson Family, dedicated to preserving the funeral customs and traditions that have comforted generations of Douglas County’s families. Too often, these customs are lost when major corporations acquire funeral homes. People may be forced to abandon their cherished traditions when costs rise and choices decline. The Pearson Family will ensure that local families have the choices they want, reasonably priced. Conveniently located, beautifully decorated, and professionally staffed – Pearson’s Funeral Home is a new Douglas County tradition.

We began our remodeling in March of 2010 and opened in September of 2010. Our facility is warm, inviting, and features state-of-the art audio/visual capabilities (i.e. our duel 50” Plasma TVs). We offer a large selection of caskets, urns, cremation keepsakes, and memorial books and folders. We feature the first Tribute Tapestry program in Roseburg. We serve all faiths and are able to provide green services.
